Hello,

I am Aurelija (derived from Latin aurum = gold), a girl in early 30s; a proud and properly stubborn Lithuanian. Having studied and worked in Denmark for nearly 9 years (…initial plan was 2-3), I decided to move to UAE, Abu Dhabi, in April 2017, to explore a new – totally different – culture, and advance professionally. Curiosity is my key driver – it takes me far (sometimes too far :P).

I am deeply madly truly in  love with financial Markets. And since my job will be in Markets, I leave this blog for my other passions – travelling, reading, triathlon… Who knows, maybe a new culture will kindle new passions, which this blog will be a testament of. 😉
